Track the impact of your creator collaborations automatically. No more chasing creators or updating spreadsheets manually. Manage all your collaboration reporting in one place, with publicly available data updating automatically.
How it works
Once content goes live, we ask creators to share a link to their content. We fetch publicly available data and prompt creators to add any additional metrics. You'll be notified as soon as the performance reports are ready.
Accessing performance data
You can view collaboration results in two places:
Chat with creators: Open your chat with the creator, find the performance update message, and click to view detailed metrics.
Results table: Navigate to Collaborations → Reports to see all your collaboration metrics in one place. Sort and filter by date, creator, or performance to find exactly what you need.
Understanding the metrics
Depending on the platform, you'll see engagement metrics like views, likes, comments, and more. You'll also see calculated metrics such as CPM for each slot and collaboration.
For publicly available content, we fetch data automatically. This means metrics update in real-time as content continues to perform, giving you the complete picture over time.
Requesting updated metrics
Some metrics aren't publicly available — and we know how important it is to stay updated on these too. Here's how to request them: Open any collaboration view and go to the reporting tab. Find the ad you want updated and click on it. Click "Request Update" in the Reporting section and add a comment for the creator if needed. The creator gets notified and adds the requested metrics, and you'll be notified when new data is available.
How to interpret performance metrics
Give content time to perform. Different platforms have different lifecycles — Instagram Stories typically peak within 24-48 hours, while YouTube videos need 1-2 weeks to show their full impact. Don't jump to conclusions based on early metrics.
